1. The service
Apex Trade Circle provides a paid monthly subscription that grants access to live trading signals, a risk & DCA-recovery calculator, a chart-based analysis terminal, and an optional auto-trade bot for Binance — all on your dashboard. Access begins once your payment has been reviewed and approved by an administrator.
2. Referral program
Registered users receive a unique referral link. When someone subscribes using that link (directly or through up to five levels of referrals), a commission is credited to the relevant users' wallet balances according to the schedule shown on the homepage. Commissions are only credited after the referred subscriber's payment has been confirmed by an administrator, and each payment can only trigger commissions once.
3. Prohibited conduct
Creating multiple accounts to refer yourself, using fake or duplicate identities to generate commissions, or any other attempt to manipulate the referral system is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of unpaid balances.
4. Auto-trade bot
If you connect a Binance API key to the auto-trade bot, you are responsible for restricting that key to trading permissions only (never withdrawal permissions) and for monitoring its activity. Apex Trade Circle is not responsible for trading losses incurred through the bot, API key misconfiguration, or exchange-side issues outside our control.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum amount and manual admin review before funds are released. Apex Trade Circle reserves the right to request additional verification before approving a withdrawal.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
