Refund Policy
Subscription payments
The $10 monthly subscription is billed manually each renewal period. Because access to the signals channel is granted immediately once a payment is approved, payments are non-refundable once your subscription has been activated for that period.
Rejected payments
If a submitted payment reference cannot be verified and is rejected by an administrator, no charge is applied on our end and no commissions are generated from it.
Reversed / disputed payments
If a payment is later reversed or disputed after being approved, any commissions already paid out from that payment may be deducted from the relevant users' wallet balances.
Withdrawal errors
Double-check your payout details before submitting a withdrawal request. Apex Trade Circle is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address or account provided by the user.
